Best New Reading of 2005: Update

As is now becoming traditional, my best of reading list for the previous year has become horribly delayed. In my defence, I have just started a new job which has distracted me from doing the list and, more significantly from the point of view of writing here, Junior died causing me to not have the wireless connection that is so obviously crucial to the process!

Anyway, I will returning to the list tonight or tomorrow and will then attempt to finish writing about the remaining 7 entries in the list in the next 10 days or so. My apologies.
