Best of 2004 - Hiatus

I haven’t gone away you know. I’ve just been busy during the last week and haven’t had the chance to post (or write) the remaining seven entries in the Books Best of 2004. Rest assured that I will catch up. It’s not likely that anyone cares but it’s my site so pah!
