Recent Reading

Right now in my current reading list I have “The Official Theory Test for Car Drivers”. This is an indication that soon(ish) I’ll be doing the theory test. This morning my instructor told me to apply and get it out of the way, and that once that is done I can apply for my proper test. This is not a sign that I’m flying with my lessons, it’s more to do with the time it will take to get a test appointment. Apparently it will take 3 months for me to get one once I apply, so it’s a good way off yet. I’ll just have to stick with the lessons and see how it goes, as well as bringing the book with me on the bus each morning.

Also in my current reading list is Gullible’s Travels by Cash Peters, who I mentioned previously. It arrived over the weekend and coincided nicely with my finishing Defying Hitler (an excellent thought-provoking book). Gullible’s Travels has me giggling away, just like Cash’s radio appearances. Now I never need visit the Museum of Bad Art, the Museum of Dirt or the Lizzie Borden Museum!
