Amazon Web Services Wants

I have 2 problems with Amazon Web Services. The first is that I want to be able to find out the number of pages in a book. This apparently is going to be addressed in the next release.

The other thing I’m interested in, and which I’m very surprised doesn’t exist, is a way to get the catalogue number for an item. Book results give the ISBN, but music and dvd results don’t give catalogue numbers, only barcodes.

I can but dream, and work around these issues.
