Belfast PM site live

I put the new version of the Belfast PM site live last Friday. I was working on it for a few weeks, as previously mentioned. So far the response has been favourable, thanks people! There are still some things to be sorted out such as a mailing list archive and fully automating the modules page, but they can all wait for now.
