NTHell

To say that I’m annoyed with NTL “Customer Service” would be an understatement. A dreadful voicemail system which has spent the evening telling me to ring the number I’ve just rung. Messages which merely say the line is no longer in use. Well that’s great, is it not in use until tomorrow, forever or what? If that’s the case why redirect me to there in the first place. I’m very annoyed. Looks like it’s Radio 4 for the cricket tonight.
