CSS fun

As requested I’ve moved the navigation from the bottom to the top of the slides for my Mail::Audit talk. Just a bit of CSS jiggery-pokery. Hopefully it works in most browsers.

The Mail::Audit talk is no more. It has been superseded by better technologies, and the slides are now gone.
