Two things

  1. I watched the final episode of Ultraviolet last night, and I’m really annoyed that it never got a second series. This was only the second time I’ve seen the show, and at the end of both runs I’ve felt the same. Sadly I’ll just have to make do with the series on DVD.

  2. I went into 4 different bookshops in the centre of Belfast tthis morning in order to buy The Straw Men by Michael Marshall Smith. Sadly all four didn’t have it yet, saying that it would arrive later in the week. Why do book shops feel that they can do that? If the book is released on a certain day, why not make sure you get it for that day. No wonder online booksellers are doing so well.
